HAVE REPLACED HEAD, NOW NO SPARK TO PLUGS NO FUEL PUMP, HAVE TESTED ALL COMPONENTS IN DISTRIBUTOR ,OK, AND REPLACED MAIN RELAY, PUMP WORKS MANUALLY AND CAN'T CHECK CODES AS NO LIGHT, BULB IS WORKING, NO LIGHT WITH KEY ON AND IF JUMP CONNECTOR STILL NO LIGHT. TIMMING IS SET TO SPECS. HELP PLEASE!!

The fact that the check engine light doesn't come on, even when you jump it is troublesome.

Either you have a blown fuse, blown ecu or the ignition switch has failed.

By the way, did you re-connect the ECU ground on the thermostat?
