1993 Honda Accord Leak

My 1993 Honda Accord is leaking coolant but not from the radiator or hoses cause there brand new.
The leak is on the driver side right under the water pump. Could the water pump be the problem?

If its coming from the weep hole you have to replace the water pump or could be just needing a water pump gasket who knows-check closely where its leaking at.
