1993 Honda Accord hose from radiator to engine

the hose from my radiator to my engine seems to be bulging. but my car doesn't show that it's over heating. does this mean my thermostat is stuck shut?

thermostat if stuck closed the hose wouldnt be bulging thats for sure.

make sure the hose is still in good condition. could be rotted or collapsed.. check to make sure the the headgasket isnt bad
