my honda accord will some times not start,when this happens the d4 shifter light indicator will be flashing on and off and I can't hear the fuel pump running,if I disconnect the battery for 10 to 15 minutes it seems like something must reset itself and then the car will start,what could be the possible causes or problems for this behavior.
