i HAVE REPLACED POWER STEERING PUMP CAUSE NOISE THEN LOST FLUID. i FOUND lEAK under car were rubber boot is torn on raket pion. Can I just replace boot or is rack bad? Steering works fine no noise and the fluid slowly leaks at times but others more often. thanks Joe
