When i try to adjust my side mirrors they are continuously moving out or up/down. They do this when i try to adjust them. They don't move when i try moving them in/out/up/down. They move where they want to. When i move the control in the middle of the L-R on the control (which ever one I'm trying to adjust) will stop moving.Does it sound like the control is bad?
