I was driving and there was knocking on on the engine at the driver side of the engine. I checked it out and the Crankshaft pulley was wobbling and the power steering belt and alternatating belt were hitting each other . I pulled it in my garage and reved it up; the power steering belt suddenly went out of line. How can I fix this? should i buy a new pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley? How can i loosen the crankshaft?

Hello !!

Once the harmonic balancer is wobbling there`s no sure fix, should be replace ..

the inner rubber absorbs the vibration and balance the crankshaft at the same time...

use a big braker bar and a socket and rest it against the floor then remove the ignition coil wire to prevent the engine to start and crank the engine for a second until the screw brake loose then probably you`re going to need an a harmonic balancer puller... (if its to tight) if not some wd-40 and get it out!!

Good Luck!!
