my 1990 Honda Accord's seat belt light and chime keeps on coming on. I have my seat belt on and the chime rings at a fast paste. Sometimes my automating seat belt does not engage, I have to force it up. Could this warning light and chime indicate a seat belt motor? If so how much are we talking to repaira and where is the motor and can I repair it myself? Thaks for you help,
