I have a 1990 Honda Accord, upon starting the car it idles at a high rpm, never really comes down. After I drive it a while it will sputter at arond 3000rpm, if I punch it it will stop momentarily, but then resume. If I let it sputter for a bit, the check engine light comes on and the sputtering stops completely and the car seems to run much better at all speeds. Could this be the Idle Air Control Valve??
