Auto trans, fuel injected, 4 cylinder. I recently had a burned exhaust valve and had my cylinder head rebuilt at a highly recomemded facility. At the same time I replaced the timeing belt, crank oil seal, oil pump, belt adjuster, and de-carboned the intake. My engine was noisy before this happoned and I believe that noise was from the injectors. Which are still noisy. Now I have very loud tapping noise comeing from the valves/rocker arms. You clearly here it at idol and it increase as you step on the gas. I have had two different people check the valve clearence and it is right were it should be on all the valves. The car seems to run at all speeds just fine. I did not have this noise pryor to rebuild. The only thing that was installed that was not there before was the oil control orifice in the center rear of the engine block. It was not reinstalled when the head had been off pryor to me owning the car. There seems to be plenty of oil in the valve area when I remove the cover.

Tell what all was replaced with the head? For example cams or rocker arms or cam followers etc.
