problems with two electric windows?

I own a 97 VS statesman. I'm having problems with two electric windows front drivers partly works going down you have to push but coming up is fine, the back drivers doesnt work at all the other two are fine can you give me some advice thanks.

We are going to have to start with testing the window switch and see if this is the issue.

We don't have a manual on this vehicle because it is not offered here in the USA but we do have a number of guides that will help with this.

Once we run through testing the switch the only other likely cause would be the motor so let's start here and see what results we have.
