Most of the time the truck will drive fine and have no issues, but other times it will act up. When I say act up what I mean is from sitting still and pushing the gas pedal the trucks RPM's go high and it barely moves until the RPM's are real high and then once moving the RPM's stay high while driving. When it does this I get solenoid a and b errors codes. Also when it does this if I let the truck sit for about 30 minutes turned off and restart the problem goes away and the truck drives fine.
Don’t want to just throw parts at it. It seems like the solenoids need to be replaced which I am ready to do but is there anything else that needs to be replaced while I have the transmission opened?
