High RPM's and slow to take off

It sounds like its not going into the proper gears and solenoids aren't doing there thing properly. Your are going to want to look at the fluid level first before changing parts and make sure it's at the proper level. Low fluid will do the same thing. To check it make sure your on level ground, engine warm and running and in park when you check it. Smell the oil on the dip stick for a burnt smell and look to see if its dark. It should be red and clear with no real scent. Get your self a transmission service kit also to change out the filter screen in there. When you filling it back up you will need to have the engine running and go through all the gears slowly a few times to engage all the solenoids and to get the fluid into all the areas of the transmission before it will go and shift correctly, also when you have the pan off clean out the soot that will be on the bottom of the pan and clean off the magnet in there that there to draw out sediment from normal wearing. I would like to double check we're on the right track.

I will have to get the codes again but I will send them once I do. Also, as far as the solenoids go how many are there that I should replace? Are they sold as a kit?

There are a whole bunch of them and generally no they wouldn't be sold as a kit as far as I am aware. If one is bad electrically it will throw a code, do you have a check engine light on? How does the fluid look red and clear?

Yes the check engine light is on. I am waiting to get a scanner later tonight from a friend. And the fluid looks clean with no bad smell and is at the proper level.

Okay great, that's a good sign that the transmission hasn't burnt up its clutches and if its looking clean then probably nothing has clogged internally. Getting the codes out of it should point us in a good direction for a proper diagnosis and repair.

Sorry it took so long to reply, lol, life decided to take down a different road, but I’m back now.

It has two codes:
P0757
P1518

I think the P1518 had to do with my throttle body issue which has now be resolved but correct me if I am wrong about that please.

How do I test for and repair the P0757 code?

P0757 is a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) for "Shift Solenoid B Stuck On" this is the problem. here is the location of the shift solenoid so you can change it out and a guide to help as well:
