I have had all fuel injectors, hpop, IPR valve, dummy plug and o rings on the standpipes replaced I am wondering if there is something I could be missing causing it not to start.

Once the oil pressure goes down to low the engine will not start because the fuel injectors will not injector fuel. I have seen large amounts of slug in the oil pan clog up the primary oil pump pickup tube which sounds like what has happened here or the oil pump on the crankshaft has gone out. The high-pressure pump and Injection Pressure Regulator Valve needs to be installed correctly, here is how to make sure all is good with the job that was done. Did you replace the "high- pressure oil branch tube adapter"? Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
