High pitched screeching when driving

I have seen many other threads about similar problems, but I just repaired what I thought was the issue and I am continuing to hear the noise from the front. I just replaced the front wheel bearings along with the front caliper, and my brake pads still have about fifty percent life left in them. The noise has calmed a bit from before I changed the parts, but I am still hearing it when driving. Any thoughts?

Here's the video. When the screeching goes to a higher pitch, I'm stepping on the brakes.

Thank you so much for the video! you need front brake pads and rotors. Here is a guide to give you an idea of what you are in for along with some diagrams to help you get the job done. The noise you are hearing is the screamer which is on the pad hitting the rotor. Read these guide before you begin you can save about $200.00 doing the job yourself with parts from Amazon.
