high idle speed

Throttle body has been cleaned. after re-start engine the idle speed went high (rpm 1200). I tried to learn it through my scanner tool, it is accepted, but when we re-start it again the engine stayed at the same speed (rpm's1200)!
Any help please.

Clean the IAC valve and make sure that the throttle body is seating fully and that there are no vacuum leaks past the throttle plate.
