High idle popping and back fire

try driving it as the computer has to get used to new plugs if it doesn't straighten out then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge

I am getting voltage to mafs, removed and tested tps and idle air control thy tested good.

if th parts tested good check for air leaks like the duct work leading to engine with holes in it or not sealed correctly to engine or after maf and check all grommets on engine causing an air leak as well. then use choke cleaner and spray around intake and hoses for a vacuum leak. lastly as you removed intake it may have destroyed a gasket causing your problem so check that.
