We changed the idle air control valve. We did a oil change and plugs and wires replaced. Engine idling high in park. What could be the issue?

Good morning.
Did you clean out the passages real good from all carbon when you replaced the IAC?
Are all the vacuum lines attached?? look for any loose or broken lines.
Throttle body having carbon deposits can also cause this as well. Clean it with a cleaner and a tooth brush to remove all the build up.
Is the check engine light on?
