My IAC went out. I replaced it and after doing so. The vehicle started to idle high. It idle's between 1500 to 2000. I thought the part I got from auto zone might be bad. So I took it back and replaced it again with the battery unplugged. It still idled high. Then I replaced the TPS. I could not find any vacuum leaks. I am completely lost on what it could be. Any help would be appreciated.
