That doesn't sound bad. Honestly, I would think that would be about average for this type of vehicle while running the AC. Does the engine seem to be running properly?

Yes engine seems good. But i heard that car gives at least 14 km per liter.

Honestly, 14 is possible, but it is all based on driving conditions, how the vehicle is loaded, driven, hills, stop and go traffic and so on.
