High beams stay on

Hello,

First thing you might want to check is the headlight relay.It's located under hood in the #2 junction box.Here is a tutorial for you to view regarding how to test a relay:

Thank you. I found the relay box for the dimmer relay. The relay box had become disconnected and was hanging in the engine compartment. It was a defective dimmer relay.
