High beams do not work?

Hi,

When you checked or replaced the relay, did you confirm there is power to it as well as a ground signal when the high beam lights are requested?

Do me a favor. Take a look at this link. It explains how to test a relay and how to check for power to the relay. Check what is indicated and let me know the results.
