Hi. Can't find problem what cause high beams to stay on. Check light switch and main body ECU and still not the problem . What else can I check?

It sounds like the H-LP relay is stuck on. here is a guide to help you test it and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the relay location as well (below):

It was a bad integration relay.
