Hesitation problem

There could be many reasons why your vehicle hesitates, and sometimes a hesitation can be something completely different and not a hesitation at all. Have you cleaned your throttle body? If not I would start there because it's easy and free. This started to sound like an ignition system issue until you stated that it jumps at a stoplight, so I'll include the instructions for cleaning the throttle bore. Any other issues just let us know!
