When you start to give gas while moving it hesitates for a second or so then picks up until you give it gas again it doesn't stall just picks up.

Hi,

This can be the result of several different things. For example, an engine vacuum leak, fuel pressure issues, ignition timing, and so on can all cause a hesitation.

So, let's start by checking if there are diagnostic trouble codes that may point us in the right direction.

Follow the directions in the following link and let me know if you find any codes.

I'll watch for your reply.

Take care,

Joe

Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.

Mass airflow sensor/air flow meter.

Throttle position sensor.

Crankshaft position sensor.

Knock sensor.

Manifold absolute pressure sensor.

EGR Valve.

Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.

False air leakage.

Fuel contamination.

Foul/defective spark plugs.

Open spark plug wires.

Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.

Incorrect ignition timing.

Thank you. Have a nice day, see you again someday-take care and be safe.

Hi,

I'm glad to hear you found the problem. Also, thanks for the update. It will likely help others in the future.

I want to say hope to see you again, but that means you have problems, and I don't want that. LOL

Regardless, please feel free to come back any time in the future. You're always welcome here.

Take care,

Joe
