Code p0720 output transmission sensor

My friend thought she was in drive floored the gas but was in neutral. now is in limp mode giving me a p0720 code. where is the output transmission sensor and is it an easy fix?

The output speed sensor is located at the Output Speed Sensor,Transmission
Location Best Test Location: At TCM connector located RR of Engine compartment under black plastic e-box cover. Component Location: The output speed sensor is mounted to the case behind the valve body Special note: Must remove the oil PAN for access. TCM is identified by "getriebesteuerung" on TCM housing. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
