My car has low idle the rpm is in between 1 and 2, when i get to stop sign it goes stall. i noticed this after i changed my battery.

Idle air control valve may be faulty. check for any codes as well, probably a tune related problem. the code read will be the first place to start. let me know what you find regarding codes for further assistance.
