Will not stay running after completing engine swap

Is the security light flashing? When it shut off can you hear the fuel pump in the tank still going? Please let me know. Cheers, Ken

Fuel pump working, does not have security chip.

It does have a chip (RF) it is in the plastic handle not like the old GM keys where you can see the chip. Is there is security light on? Here is the security system wring diagrams I would check the fuses for it:
