The heater, A/C, seat warmers, and mirrors do not work?

my son was messing around under my steering wheel and now my heater, my ac, car seat warmers, mirrors don't work.

Sure, there is a 7.5-amp fuse under the dash #30 that sounds like it went out or was removed. This fuse runs all three systems that are not working. here is a guide to help you test for power and to see if the fuse is good or not:
