Power locks and radio display are not working properly

So I just bought a car yesterday, the radio powers on and it the display screen works but no sound. Also, the power locks are not working either. Could it be a fuse? Could it be anything else?

I've attached the location of the interior fuse box that houses the audio and door lock fuses on your car and circled in red. Check location 23 and 26. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
