The steering wheel is locked up and my ignition will not turn?

Try to turn the steering wheel a little bit while working the ignition key. Please go over this guide:

If this doesn't help you will need to replace the ignition lock tumbler because it has fallen apart internally. Here is how the job is done in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
