Heavy Steering

Battery of my car was low as there was no fuel and I repeatedly tried to start the engine. After filling fuel I reached home and parked the car. Next morning when I start my car steering was undoubtedly hard and heavy. After some time it become normal. now again I am facing the same problem after parking my vehicle in the evening steering again becomes harder.

Please tell me the solution.
