HVAC panel will flash with power on and off?

When it's cold the control panel for heat and A/C has no power. After the car runs for a few minutes, the panel will flash with power on and off, sometimes long enough for the fan to blow air but most of the time it flashes off. All setting reset after 15 to 20 minutes control panel will stop losing power and everything will work normally.

Yep, this can happen when the circuit broad has a bad solder joint, you might be able to see it if you take it parts, if not I would try eBay for a used part. Here is how to replace the HVAC control unit. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
