The heater stopped blowing hot air?

A few weeks ago, the heat stopped working and it’s just cold air blowing out. The vehicle is not overheating, and the coolant was checked but that didn’t help. What could be the problem?

With the engine off and the HVAC system on, when you turn the controls from hot to cold can you hear the temperature blend door actuator work inside the plenum? Most of the time this actuator goes out and does not move the blend door. Here is a video to help and the location of the actuator so you can check it out:

Does this have dual temperature controls, also with the engine hot can you feel the heater hoses to see if they are hot as well? Here are the locations of the actuators so you can see if they are working or not. Check out the images (below).
