Heater and the air conditioner not working

They both were working great, then it started shutting off and on when the knob is turned on. Now both want come on at all. When turn on it doesn't blow and nothing is coming out the vents.

Good afternoon,

This could be the blower motor or the resistor. You need to test for voltage to the blower motor when commanded to the on position. Check at the connector for voltage.
