Heater blows cool air

Good morning,

Did the heat work prior to this repair?

If it did, you may have air in the system. I would run the van with the cap off at 1200 RPM and have someone watch the coolant level and add as needed. Once the air is out of the system, you will have heat.

We were wondering how to do that? I know some of them have to be raised on one side.

No, they do not. Never have and never will be required to do that.

Just run the engine until the thermostat opens and do not let the level go low. That is why you need a second person.

Where is the blower for the back?

It is behind the trim panels inside the rear hatch.

I provided pictures and a procedure for you.

REMOVAL
1. Remove the trim panels.

2. Disconnect the connectors.

3. Disconnect the rear blower motor.

4. Remove the screws.

5. Remove the vent tube.

Remove the screws.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
