Heater and AC problems

When I drive and start to accelerate from the vents of my car comes warm air, the more I accelerate the more It blows warm air, and I do not understand where it comes from.
The second problem is that the 1 and 2 position of AC does not work, only 3 and 4 works, maybe it has a fan resistor problem I am not sure.

Sounds like the A/C needs recharging. with the fan only working on 3 and 4 the problem may be in the switch itself. trying to move the control back and forth and listen if you hear any thing when you put it on 1 or 2.

Maybe it needs to be recharged, but I am afraid it does not because the person whom i bought said that he had charged it, but who knows. I tried this as you said but I do not hear anything suspicious sound or anything else.

I have been told that the A/C was recharged, worked a little for a couple of days guy just said that, sometimes they leak, you can get a dye that will show where it is leaking at any auto stores. When you hook it up to the low side does the A/C clutch start to turn as you put it in. So suspicious noise good.
