Hi! I have a problem with my heater/AC controls. The low and medium controls (1,2 and 3) don't work. Only the high (4) works! Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how I can fix it? Thanks!

Hi,

It sounds like the blower motor resistor is bad. When they fail, most times they will only work on high speed.

Here are directions for replacement. The attached picture correlates with the directions.

2. Remove blower motor resistor screws and then remove it.
