Heater/AC blower vents

We hit a 800 pound calf on the road and just put a small bend in the grill guard. But now when the AC is on it will switch from blowing out the vents to the floor. It will not always do this. Could it be the vent actuator going bad? And where do I locate it at under the dash? Hope you can help us out. Thanks, Steve

Yes, it sounds like that is the problem. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved and a picture of its location (4) on the HVAC assembly. The HVAC assembly is under dash on the right side. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions.Thanks for using 2CarPros.
