Heater and A/C not blowing air

My heater and A/C does not blow any air. temperature is set at 90 degrees. when car is off I can hear a motor that shuts off and on when car isn't even in use.

Good evening,

I attache a wiring diagram for you to view. Check for power to the blower on the highlighted wire in the diagram. There is a 40 amp fuse that controls the motor.

Let me know what you find.

On these the blower motor speed control module which is attached to the motor goes bad. Just my 2 cents.
