when u cut the heater off in the car the heater blower does not cut off .i have been trying to find the fuse to take it out but cant find it and the guys at the auto place have no ideal were it is at.i cant afford to pay 75.00 to pay a shop to show ne were it is at.

Your problem is likely a bad blower speed control module. It's located next to the blower motor where the resister would normally be.

The fuse you are looking for is fuse #3 (30Amp) in the engine compartment.
