with heater on the windshield steams up and I can smell antifreeze

When I turn the heat on I smell antifreeze and the windshield steams up, but the vehicle never runs hot it just seems up on the windshield.

Check for moisture on the passenger side floor up by the bottom of the dash. Possible have a heater core leak.
