The front and rear defroster also blows only cold air. What could this possibly be?

I can hear blower motor running but zero hot air comes out

Good afternoon.
The first thing I would do is check the cooling system. Make sure the coolant is getting hot. Make sure the hoses are hot at the heater core where the hoses come through the firewall.
Can you hear the blend door in the dash move back and forth when you change from heat to cold?
