Heater blowing cold on passenger side

Car listed above is an lx model. I have heat on drivers side but cold air on passenger side.

This happens when the passenger side blend door actuator goes out. here are instructions in the diagrams below on how to change it out. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
