Heated/cooled seats not working?

My heated and cooled seats have not been working for a while now. I have replaced the module under the seat to no avail. What is odd is that this seems to be tied to the park assist system. When the park assist system is on and you press any of the seat climate control buttons, the park assist button and the evic screen flash rapidly and the seats turn off.

This could be but I would run a CAN scan to see what codes are stored. This guide can help:

But first I would check the fuse# 98, 97 and 96 in the fuse panel on the left side of the engine compartment for power when the key is on (both sides), this guide can help:
