heater/air conditioner not blowing out air

I push the button for hot or cold air and it does not blow air out. I am trying to pull out a cartridge out behind the glove department and I cannot get it out. What should I do?

not sure what cartridge you are talking about but check the fuse and blower relay under hood it may not be getting power, if no power going through relay or resistor have it scanned for codes may be a bad control head.
