Heater/defrost not blowing air properly

I just bought this vehicle and my heat works, but it won't blow very well through the truck. it won't keep windshield defogged or defrosted. it also sat for three years not sure if that helps.

This might be caused by your vehicles blower motor capacity degrading. Here is a link that will take you to a guide that will help you run down the problem:

It does sounds like the blower motor is bad. here is a guide to walk you through the steps and diagrams to help you change it out on your car:
