HVAC blows only high heat, no A/C?

The car blows only high heat, no A/C. If I have temperature control turned down, it still blows high heat. Before this A/C worked fine and I could temper the heat without A/C by going to econ setting. Now this makes no difference.

This happens when the temperature control actuator has gone out. Here is the location of the actuator so you can sap it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
