My heat blows only when I drive other times it does not and my defrost isn't working either.

The most common problem for what you described (no heat) is due to low coolant. First, follow this link.

Next, as far as no defroster, do you mean the air flow direction won't change? If so, that would be related to the mode door actuator. Take a look at the two pictures I attached. They show the actuator replacement procedure.
