Heat does not blow on the driver side, where is the blend door actuator located?

It works on the passenger side. I would like to know where the blend door actuator is located on the vehicle listed above when the driver side will not blow heat.

It looks like the driver's side temperature blend door actuator is on top of the HVAC plenum. Here is how to change it out and the locations well, and I have included how to calibrate it once the repair is completed. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
