heat air blower fan

Watched your video on remove and replace the blower fan. mine was not working at all even defrost. took out blower unit. on floor of car turned on defrost and fan worked. seemed to also work on A/C. thought maybe the wiring plug had not been in fully. put unit back in place and it does not work on defrost or A/C. do not know what to try?

Hey Bill,

It does sounds like a connection problem does the connector fit well? Also, test the system grounds. Here is a guide and a blower motor wiring diagrams to help us see how the system works:

I removed the blower again and it worked on passenger side floor on all speeds. Put it back in and everything is working properly again. Must have been a connector contact problem. Thank you
